My writing career has been a road trip with a wide-open itinerary, a journey filled with eclectic destinations and unforgettable characters.

The common thread woven through it all is storytelling. I've been an Aesop impersonator all my life, whether working as an online newspaper editor, corporate copywriter, branding guru, stand-up comic, movie critic, or marketing leader.
 
In my days as an employee, I boomeranged back and forth from companies four times — always making my second act more memorable. (It may be some sort of record.) And I've applied my skills in more spots than Duct Tape, including the verticals of healthcare, HR, media, construction, finance, travel, entertainment, energy, telecom, cable, and critical infrastructure. 

I'm a team player, having excelled as a VP of Marketing charged with building and growing a team — and then getting everyone on the same page. But I'm in my element as an add-on to your team, the cameo role that always gels with your superstars and delivers the goods.
 
For a decade-plus, and in multiple stints, I've hustled day in and day out as a self-employed hunter-gatherer. This is my best chapter yet (and again): Founder and Creative Lead for 4WARD creative. Every day, I help companies find and tell their best stories. In other words, your "who" is my "why."

When I’m not living the dream on the clock, I’m living the dream off of it. I represent #BillsMafia, pilot my 5-pack everywhere they need to be in a sweet Honda Odyssey, and constantly seek out new adventures. I share this dream with my patient wife, three curious kiddos, friendly mutt, and evil cat from 4WARD creative HQ in Chesterfield, Virginia.
